Welcome to the site that's proud to be out-of-date, and promises to take you down memory lane. We all know that it's not simply that music, entertainment, sports moments, and news events that are important to us, but rather how they serve to trigger fond memories from our past.

Nostalgia has been defined in many ways. Many dictionaries will tell you that nostalgia is the feeling of pleasure and sometimes slight sadness at the same time as you think about things that happened in the past. Or, that nostalgia implies a longing for "long ago or far away."

At Nostalgia Guru, however, we prefer to think of Nostalgia as "recalling the fun without reliving the pain!" This quote has been credited to many, including the great Bette Davis, and it couldn't apply more here.
